This is a three minute interview with Jack Massa

This is a three minute interview with our immediate past president Holly Harkness.

Jack Molisani presented for our March meeting. His topic was "How to Write a Business Case." Jack's main point was that it ultimately boils down to money. If you want to make a business case for new software, equipment, more staff, you have to explain how it will affect the bottom line. The slides are posted on his Web site www.prospring.net.
