Jack Molisani presented for our March meeting. His topic was "How to Write a Business Case." Jack's main point was that it ultimately boils down to money. If you want to make a business case for new software, equipment, more staff, you have to explain how it will affect the bottom line. The slides are posted on his Web site www.prospring.net.

This Podcast is about an hour so it may take a while to download but be patient. He does an excellent presentation!
