We are excited to present our first Camtasia Webcast.  It is deliverd by Dr. Michael Hughes, PhD of IBM Internet Security Systems
User Assistance Architect

Task support clusters represent a bottom-up approach to information design that focuses on optimizing the user assistance experience that starts with the user accessing page-level or tab-level context sensitive Help. This presentation shows architectural patterns and discusses strategies for using this architectural approach in waterfall and iterative development environments.

    A very informative screencast. Thank you. I agree with the idea of keystone concepts and excluding content that is obvious.

    The quality of audio is excellent. I use Camtasia, and often use Audacity for the audio. Can you tell me how the audio was recorded and how much editing was needed? I'd like to know if it took a lot of work to achieve this level of quality for a regular screencast.

    Good work, thanks! My sister received the Mbt shoes I bought her for her birthday, she adores them. I was a little worried the calf would be tight around her legs but it hasn’t been a problem. I’ll be back before Christmas.

    There is nothing that touches these for just lazing around at home. Bar sleeping I don’t take mine off now that its getting colder, they are not quite as stiff as they were when they first arrived but still extremely comfortable. It would be nice if they had a little more arch support but other than that I’m very pleased. I am finding a nice mbt shoes!

    Uggs boots on sale are absolutely comfy and can be fashionable if used with the right attire. The only bad thing is that they can be a little expensive. Totally say that you should buy ugg boots. They look good with dark wash jeans tucked into them. Be careful ...
